Do you have a guarantee?
Yes! We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you receive the report and feel that we didn't do an adequate job, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your review. We will do everything to solve the problem, but if we can't for some reason, we will issue a refund.
However, we have not had a disatisfied customer take us up on this offer yet!
Is this going to be just a generic report, or will I receive a custom review of my site?
The report you receive will be stuffed full of advice specific to your sites particular needs. Site reports are completely customized and are based on a personal review of your unique site.
Do I really need a review if some of the areas you cover in your reviews don't apply to my site?
If improvement in some of the areas we cover are all that your site needs that's ok--we'll focus our report on the areas that your site could be improved the most.
What are the limitations to a site review?
Unique Web Sites, Inc. is a moral and Christian company, so our first goal is to reflect the character of those beliefs in all of our work. Because of that, we are unable to accept site reviews for sites that involve the following:
- Pornography or sensual content
- Wizardry/astrology, hate sites
- Major themes or focuses that are contrary to biblical principles
We reserve the right to refuse any site that (in our sole discretion) is not in harmony with these guidelines. (Questions or comments? Feel free to contact us.)
Additionally, we may choose not to review your site if we feel we will not be able to offer you advice equal to the price of the review. We want to make sure you're getting a good value, and we'll tell you if we think your site is good enough that you don't need to pay the price of a review.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made in US dollars. Before you sign up for your review, please ensure that you have access to funds in US dollars.
When your review is completed, we'll send you an invoice with payment instructions. We'd prefer to receive payment by Credit/Debit Cards, but we also accept personal checks and money orders.
Will you tell me how to optimize my site for search engines?
We sometimes offer advice related to search engine optimization. However, our site reviews are not focused primarily on search engine optimization or marketing in general. Your review will focus on how to convert visitors to buyers once they have already arrived at your site.
